Healthy Lifestyle series

KIS Community Connections offers this most popular series intended to respond to client needs, enhance a sense of belonging, and provide opportunities to integrate in Kamloops.

Each series schedules weekly activities for adults, youth and seniors. The activities are hosted at the agency or virtually, and are facilitated by volunteers, partnering organizations and KIS staff.
